Before Processing: If your order has not been processed yet (i.e., the items are not yet with the carrier), we can easily cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Simply contact us as soon as possible.

After Processing: If your order has already been processed and is on its way to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. However, we do offer returns once the product is delivered to you. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more details.

Please note that once the order has been processed and is in transit, we are unable to make changes to the items in your order.
